Hi All,
I still remember the day ( 31 March 07) I joined Startrac, fresh out of Training , and there on it changed my life. These years have been great memories to cherish. During two years of tenure, I have got whole lot of experience and opportunities to work with you all. I learnt something from each one of you. Thanks word would be very small but still I thank everyone for his or her support, guidance & encouragement. I would like to appreciate the warmth given by all of you.
I have grown in many ways here and will always treasure the opportunities & warmth provided to me. It has been my pleasure to be associated with all of you.
So trip begins in such a way that on 30 th march we came for interview for this project.Kamaal Sir bombarded lots of missiles in interview making me feel that although i had good knowledge of .net i still need to polish my knowledge.Any ways Fortunately I got selected in the project.
One more thing that day we were impressed by Ashwin sir's introduction,Laptop attire and gestures. we thought we would be very much lucky to have such a RM.
Day 2:
we were thrown to graph SP s today (ST_SP_Getgraphdata... ), me & Smita tried turning all stones to understand those SPs. Seriously those many concepts & calculations which we learned that day about graph after that i never got that much information.Praveen Sir, Kamaal sir, Jyothi mam all were like Sachin,dravid,Sania of .net for us.
Day 3:
Saurabh came today,we meet new colleagues Tarun ,Madhuri,Amrutha,Rajji,sasank... and from here The Startrac Eagle Gang took birth.Startracians are always true warrior & we were best among them.
I cann't stop Loving STC :
STC is really a great place to work provided that work is there. Our Train to Startrac is now on small temporary Platform where we are learning all functionality,Coding,Technical concepts about Startrac.Here we used to answer Helpdesk issues and one more thing how can we forget Reckoning of Praveen sir, he really gives us Tips how to write grammaticlay,syntactically & Politically corrects response to Tickets.That time he is really like a Big Boss for us.
We used to enjoy our work too much there; natural beauty, cool friends,hope of coming to City Center,trying to get good challenging work,Gang of best friends.... we have every thing there.

So here Comes Party after office office ........
Everone wishes to have fun in office but how about if you have same flavour of fun within office . this shows that you are working in CMM level 5 compny . After some intial familarisation we came to STC so here jungle me mangal begins ( No offence i am talking about enjoyment only)....while we are enjoying days in STC we got some good hangout place near STC Zoo, we used to gather there & celeberate birthdays & used to have unending gossips & fun. sasank was little concerned about number of G f s he had,tarun & madhuri used to be a serious mobile phone user,me saurabh & smita as always had infinite gossips in our bag & uses these gossips as a fuel to spent our time in STC.i think we were very lucky to have such a nice friends with us.raaji,sasank,amrutha,tarun,madhuri,smita,saurabh me all seems to character of movie like rang de bastanti, really hats off to our gang.it is rightly said that 'A joy that's shared is a joy made double'.

As Gardner used to pick good flowers early , in a similar fashion Ashwin sir picked Madhuri,Amrutha,Smita,Saurabh for some work at city center. Now for me & tarun struggles begains. we used surf net , we turned all stones to make our way to City center, but similer to Raj kapoor of mera naam joker we always got failure only.
One day i got phone call from charles sir asking us to come city center for some work as ......... ( i forgot the name ) is leaving the project bcoz of some verbal clash with manoj sir ... whatever : we got some hope now, we came city center on monday morning...... the work of one person was divided between six persons ( this proves india has cheapest software labour) i got review module not complete it was shared with madhuri & review remark with sasank & tarun ( this is a different story lastly review module was ended with me & madhuri only).
This time i can say that i was little luck Sunder sir ( one of my greatest inspiration in compnay) gave much awaited Review module enahncements. we had some meetings but as most of indian software managers ashwin sir was no way convinced that we can do this job. this is my first real potential job so i thought if i had to anything in future i had to rush my head deep into the code. so using all my meticulous way of doing things i prepared documents tried all ways to understand each line of review module .i don't know how much i am correct but in all my modules & work till now i have used all basic concepts of review module only. who ever has developed that module but i always have each functionality,concept ,code of module crystal clear in my mind.One more thing madhuri has always helped in every ways to make this module to match with each requirement. How can i forget charles sir guidance , he is the person who has helped me like an elder brother in all my modules in Startrac. with his help only i was able to stand as review module developer in startrac.
....FLCB Recognition (First Step with reckoning of Charles sir,Madhuri and Avinash sir)
May be this is a unwanted baby .... but any ways i got chance to develop a new functionality right from scratch ....tan taden.......'FLCB Recognition'. Once i got same good team me & madhuri .. tarun was added later to make flawless developers team.so this module includes sleepless nights, pizza party late night in office,work pressure,how your manager bites teeth on your mistakes ,working like donkey,designing DB & fighting with others & believing that i am the best , i have best solution in my mind ( i really regret my behaviour for sticking on some point , if i think i am correct).i don't know why but after this module every one started saying that FLCB Recognition is shruti's baby. May be this is because of my bad way of presenting things but tarun & madhuri i really never mean that way. this is a stone mark that FLCB recognition includes equal effort of madhuri,tarun & mine, with valualbe guidance of avinash sir & charles sir.
